Information this website handles
The appointment page asks for your name, either an email address or phone number, a preferred contact method, a broad matter category, and an optional preferred date and time. You should not include confidential facts, detailed case information, passwords, financial information, or government identification numbers.
How an appointment request works
The website does not submit the form to a database or third-party form processor. It prepares an email in your device’s email application addressed to NQa Law Firm. You decide whether to send that email. Your email provider may process the message under its own privacy terms.
No automatic tracking
This website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers, profiling cookies, or embedded social-media feeds. External services are governed by their own terms when you choose to open them.
Attorney-client relationship
Contacting the firm or requesting an appointment does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential information until the firm confirms that it can receive and consider it.
